Last Wednesday, Paul’s world spun another year and we celebrated the revolution in a sky with diamonds.
Just for one night we swam in heirloom tomato and burrata seas with salsa verde, polenta ripiena and rack of lamb trees.
Sablefish and golden beet stars sparkled around us as our heads dipped high into duck ragout and fontina skies. At Lupo that night, we ate our way through with kaleidoscope eyes.
We followed the light through red, blue and black berry fields and then floated softly away into cheesecake clouds. Â And everything sparkled in the sky with diamonds.
